Are there different types of tickets available for the event?

We are currently only offering 3-day passes. Any remaining tickets may possibly be sold as 1 day passes for Saturday or Sunday, pending availability.

We offer general admission and VIP tickets at this time. More information to come.

What are the ticket prices?

We are currently only offering 3-day passes. Any remaining tickets may possibly be sold as 1 day passes for Saturday or Sunday, pending availability.

General admission tickets will be $175 + tax & fees.

VIP tickets will be $275 + tax & fees

When will tickets go on sale?

October 3rd 2024 at 12 PM EST

Have all the authors been announced?

Not yet. We are announcing authors as we go. Follow us on Instagram for more author announcements.

Will you be selling shirts or jerseys?

We will be selling merchandise, such as hats, shirts, and more! Additional information to come soon.

When will the schedule be available?

Our tentative schedule will be announced with ticket sales. We are still working through the logistics of panels and will announce that at a later date.

Will authors be doing pre-orders?

We are leaving this up to the discretion of the authors. If there is an author you’d like to pre-order a book from, please contact them directly.

Can I bring my children to the event?

The event is 18+ and we kindly ask you to leave your young ones at home.

Are service animals allowed?

Yes.

Will there be a quiet space if people need a safe environment to get away from the crowd?

Yes. Please check with our “home base” volunteers to escort you to the quiet space.

Will authors only have their sports romances for sale?

We are encouraging authors to bring their backlists as well, but to focus on sports romance more since that’s what the event is about!

Will there be parking for the event?

The hotel offers complimentary self parking for all attendees. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport for attendees that are staying on site.

Can I bring food to the event?

The hotel has a strict no outside food policy, however there will be ample time for lunch break on Saturday with options around the venue.

Will there be food and beverages at the venue?

The venue does have a cafe and restaurant on site, but outside food is not allowed.

Mall of America is located near the hotel and there will be ample time to get lunch off site if one chooses to do so.

How can I become a sponsor or exhibitor at the convention?

Can I bring my own books to get signed?

Yes! Some authors might limit the number of books they sign, so please be mindful of that.

Can I buy books at the event?

Yes! We will have independent bookstores on site and some authors will be selling books directly to you.

What is the refund policy for tickets?

All ticket sales are final. Please refer to our ticketing policy on the website for detailed terms and conditions.

Where can I find the event schedule and program?

The complete event schedule and program will be available on our website prior to the convention. A printed program will also be provided to attendees upon arrival at the venue.

What should I bring to the convention?

We recommend bringing your ticket (printed or digital), a valid ID, and any personal items you may need. It’s also a good idea to bring a reusable water bottle and a bag for any books or merchandise you purchase.
